+20 AL to all allied pets can be advantageous in some instances, although admittedly not often. The fact that it makes neutral animals aggressive means nothing and is not the point of using the skill. If you want a REALLY bad skill, look at [skill]Point Blank Shot[/skill] or [skill]Power Shot[/skill]

[skill]Balthazar's Pendulum[/skill] - Knockdowns are not a problem that require an elite to solve. Skill ends after it prevents a single knockdown. Relies on an enemy to cause the knockdown.
[skill]Peace And Harmony[/skill] - Energy gain is not even reflected until 15 seconds after this skill has been used. Easilly removed. Conditional.
[skill]Unyielding Aura[/skill] - Elite res skill; no explaination necessary.
[skill]Ray of Judgment[/skill] - Costs 15 more energy than signet of judgement, recharges 10s slower, lacks knockdown, dissables skills.

[wiki]Signet of Agony[/wiki] is horrible on its own, but it's meant to be used with [wiki]Plague Touch[/wiki], [wiki]Plague Sending[/wiki] or [wiki]Plague Signet[/wiki]. I wouldn't call it a great skill, but it is nice to provide a cover condition or extra pressure as part of a build that has an extra skill slot and already includes a condition transfer skill.

[skill]"Can't Touch This!"[/skill]

As a Paragon user, I hate to name a Paragon skill as the worst. However, this is simply not versatile enough, nor is it useful enough to constitute being worth 10 Energy. Not worth bringing in any situation. The reference may be cute, but it's an honest waste of space as it stands now.

This is currently the best skill in the game for me in my situation.

Best PvE skill = Blood of the Master.

Unyielding is pretty outright awful, I add it to my list.

Bad elites get bonus poo points, for what they have to compete against. The ones that aren't even good enough to take the place of a NORMAL skill hurt the most. Ideal world, every elite should be useful to build a build around, or round out a build with.

yea... Otyugh's Cry is totally useless... unless there was a target near all those aggressive lions & lionesses in Jahai Bluffs, otherwise there is no use for a single lvl5 pet to help you... they're just too week.

posted long time ago on other forums: http://guildwars.incgamers.com/forum...ghlight=Otyugh

Quote:
All animals in the area become hostile to your target and gain +20 armor for 30 seconds. Otyugh's Cry cannot turn charmed animals against their masters or their master's allies. If no masterless animal was affected, level 4..20 animal hostile to target is summoned to targets location. (50% failure chance with Beast Mastery 4 or less.)
(read before you rant how owerpowered that would be.)

Firestorm isn't a bad skill, just annoying in PvE because of enemy AI.

Thumbs down

As an elementalist user for 2 years, I can really say that :
Armor of frost is totally OWNED by Frigid armor
Elemental flame is useless
Stone sheath... i'd rather say stone shit
Chilling winds is barelly useless too
and Burning speed, which is owned by any djinn with 0 in corresponding attibute

One amazing thing with threads like this is all the uses for "little used skills" that surfaces.
